By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MediaLives is an AI-powered web development platform. You describe projects in natural language, and our AI system builds, deploys, and manages them on your behalf. The Service includes:
The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using email and password or through Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@medialives.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
MediaLives operates on a pay-per-use model. You are charged based on the AI resources consumed (measured in tokens) at the rates displayed on the platform. Pricing starts at $0.001 per request and varies depending on the AI model used.
New accounts receive a one-time credit of $5.00 to explore the platform. These credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Your account maintains a prepaid balance. When your balance reaches zero, AI features will be paused until you add funds. You will never be charged beyond your available balance.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated code, websites, and applications. MediaLives claims no intellectual property rights over your output.
The MediaLives platform, including its design, code, AI routing system, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Media Lives S.r.l. and is protected by Italian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Content generated by the AI is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005):
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence (colpa grave), willful misconduct (dolo), or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@medialives.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (billing records for 10 years).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice unless the violation requires immediate action for security or legal reasons. In such cases, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
If you are a consumer within the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), including your right of withdrawal where applicable.
By using the Service and making your first AI request, you acknowledge that the digital content delivery has begun and you consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal for that specific transaction, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milano, Italy.
If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
